  • How much do you think you should exercise everyday?

    1. A balanced diet, a lot of fruit and vegetables every day.
    2. Daily is better than once a week.
    3. Eat healthy and be active for at least 40 minutes every day.
    4. No, but I play squash twice a week, golf once a week and coach some sort of sports seven times a week.
    5. To have a balanced lifestyle.
    6. Yes, a treadmill, rower and ab king pro. (They belong to Mommy)
    7. Mostly when I play sports.
    8. For 40 minutes to an hour.
