What should you eat to stay healthy?
Why do you think exercising  is good for your body?

    1-To exercise
    2-Fruit,veges,lean meats and drink lots of water
    3-Because it gets your heart rate up and it keeps you fit
    4-No because healthy means eating a good balance diet and exerciseing regalarly.people come in all shapes and sizes
    5-Fruit,veges,lean meats(white and red) it is ok to have junk food sometimes as a treat.

    1-Exercies regulary and play sport
    2-A blanceed diet with fruit veges carbohydrates and a small ammount of treats
    3-because it keeps you fit and healthy and is fun
    4-No because you can still be fit and healthy and not be skinny
    5-fruit veges and carbohydrates

    1-Exercise for 30 mins a day five times a week
    2-A balanced diet with lots of fruit and veges
    3-Because it gets you moving and keeps your heart healthy
    4-No but being a bit thiner is normally better
    5-A good balance of all food groups
